3. Content & Accuracy

We curate listings from official career pages and trusted sources and verify them internally. However, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always confirm job details (deadlines, links, eligibility) with the official employer source before taking action.

4. User Content

Users may submit content (comments, messages) where enabled. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting you grant JobBase a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy.
• Automated scraping, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
• Using the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobBase, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amounts, if any, you actually paid to JobBase in the prior twelve months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or for operational reasons. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability, IP, indemnity) will remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
